Definitions

• Customer: Individual who creates an account or makes a purchase.
• Udharo Gift Credit: Initial $5 store credit on account creation or first purchase.
• Udharo Store Credit: Additional store credit earned for participation in the Udharo Offer.

Gift Provision

• Every new customer receives a one‑time, non‑repayable $5 Store Credit upon account creation.

Conditions of this store credit:

• Cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Cannot be transferred to another customer.
• Can only be used for purchases made through the Udharopay platform.
• Udharopay reserves the right to verify new accounts to prevent fraud or duplicate claims.

Udharo Offer (Advance Payment for Bonus Store Credit)

• Customers may choose to participate in the Udharo Offer, where an upfront payment provides a higher-value Store Credit.

Offer Structure

• The offer begins at:
• Pay $5 → Receive higher value Store Credit
• Additional tiers may be offered from time to time. All tiers will clearly display:
• Amount paid
• Store Credit received
• Expiry date (if applicable)
• Any usage restrictions

Important Conditions

• All payments made under the Udharo Offer are non‑refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Store Credit issued under the Udharo Offer:
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another customer.
  • Must be used within the validity period (if a validity period applies).
• Store Credit is applied to eligible purchases only and cannot be used to pay for:
• Tips
• Delivery partner fees (if applicable)
• Third‑party charges outside Udharopay’s control

Transparency & Compliance

• All promotional values will be displayed clearly and prominently.
• No hidden fees or conditions apply.
• Customers will be shown the exact Store Credit balance before checkout.
• Any changes to the offer will not affect Store Credit already purchased.

Credit Usage & Expiry

Credits apply to eligible online partner purchases, are non‑cash, non‑transferable, may not combine with other promos unless stated, and expire 12 months after issuance.

Store Credit Usage

• Customers can choose to use Store Credit at checkout when available.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the Store Credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
• Store Credit cannot be used to purchase additional Store Credit or participate in new Udharo Offers

Rewards Points

• Customers earn 1 point for every $1 of real money spent on the platform (excluding Store Credit usage).
• Points are calculated on the final amount paid after discounts, credits, or promotions.

• Udharopay may adjust points in cases of refunds, cancellations, or suspected misuse.
• Customers may redeem 2,000 Udharopay Points for $10 Store Credit.
• Points are deducted immediately upon redemption and cannot be reversed.

Credit issued through points redemption:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred to another customer.
• Can only be used for eligible purchases on the Udharopay platform.
• Store Credit received through redemption does not earn additional points.
• Udharopay may adjust or cancel redemptions in cases of error, fraud, or misuse.

Fraud Prevention & Fair Use

• Udharopay may suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Multiple accounts are created to claim repeated credits.
  • Store Credit or points are obtained or used in a misleading or deceptive manner.

• We may request identity verification where necessary to comply with legal or operational requirements.

Refunds & Consumer Rights

• Payments made under the Udharo Offer are non‑refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• If a purchase made using Store Credit is refunded:
• The Store Credit portion will be returned as Store Credit.
• The cash portion (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

Liability Limitation

UdharoPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the loyalty rewards program.

• Changes will not affect Store Credit or points already earned.
• Updated Terms will be published on our platform and take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

• Data collected includes account information, transaction history, and usage patterns.
• Data is used to manage accounts, process transactions, and improve services.
